What included in our Home Care Service?
- Access to LPN’s and PCW’s 24/7 (Availability, duties to be confirmed)
- Respite / Palliative care: Chronic – Acute care
- Private duty nurses, working a minimum of 3-4 hours per shift
- Nutritional meal preps: breakfast, lunch, supper and snacks (regular, blend or pureed)
- Family vacation respite available in your own home
- Light housekeeping/errands included in all levels of care, providing client’s cares are met and time is remaining and/or required
- LPN Certified Footcare
NOTE: Our Home Care Services require a 3-hour minimum call out time. Pre-scheduled services can be cancelled without charge with 48-hours notice.
